• Academic Evaluation: To review your assessments/answer writing and provide personalized feedback from the Educators.

• Security: To monitor for suspicious account activity (e.g., unauthorized login attempts or link sharing).

Lin Academy operates on a modern "Cloud Campus" model. We share data only with the trusted enterprise platforms necessary to run the academy securely:

• Google Workspace (Sites, Drive, Meet, Forms): Your email and name are securely verified through Google’s ecosystem to grant you authenticated access to our digital vaults and live sessions. Google’s enterprise privacy policy governs the data stored on their servers.

• Payment Gateways: For processing course fees securely.

• WhatsApp: Used for broadcasting quick updates to enrolled students.

We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to marketing agencies or other educational institutes.
