We are confident in the quality of our educational programs. However, we understand that online learning is a commitment.
Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of course enrollment if you feel the teaching methodology does not suit you.
Condition: The refund is only valid if you have NOT downloaded any "Class Notes," "PDFs," or "Premium Study Material" from the digital classroom.
After the 24-hour window, or once digital assets are accessed, NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:
Digital Consumption: Once you download a PDF note or access a Test Series, the service is considered "consumed." Digital goods cannot be returned.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "lack of time," "change of stream/subject interest," or personal scheduling conflicts after the initial window.
Disciplinary Action: If a student is removed from the academy for violating our Code of Conduct (e.g., sharing login credentials or leaking content), they forfeit all fees.
To initiate a request within the eligible window:

Fill out the form with your Transaction ID and Reason for Refund.
Our team will verify your access logs (to ensure no content was downloaded) and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
If you were charged twice for the same course due to a server error:
The extra amount will be refunded automatically.

Note: Lin Academy reserves the right to deny refunds to individuals who repeatedly join and leave courses to exploit the system.
