1. The "24-Hour Trust" Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our educational programs and the cinematic quality of our masterclasses. However, we understand that online learning is a commitment.
Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of course enrollment (or vault access being granted) if you feel the teaching methodology does not suit you.
Condition: The refund is ONLY valid if you have NOT downloaded any "Class Notes," "Smart PDFs," or "Premium Study Material" from your Premium Digital Vault.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
After the 24-hour window, or once digital assets are accessed and consumed, NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:
Digital Consumption: Once you download a PDF note or access the Integrated Test Series, the service is considered "consumed." Digital goods cannot be returned.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "lack of time," "change of stream/subject interest," or personal scheduling conflicts after the initial 24-hour window.
Disciplinary Action: If a student is removed from the academy for violating our Code of Conduct (e.g., sharing Vault access links, Google Meet credentials, or leaking proprietary content), they forfeit all fees immediately.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a request within the eligible window:
Go to the Help & Support page on our website.
Fill out the support form with your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and Reason for Refund.
Our technical team will verify your digital access logs (to ensure no proprietary content was downloaded) and process the refund within 5-7 business days if eligible.
4. Double Payment / Technical Errors
If you were charged twice for the same course due to a banking or server error:
The extra amount will be refunded automatically once reconciled.
If it is not automatically reversed, please email a screenshot of the duplicate transaction to director@linacademy.in.
Note: Lin Academy reserves the right to deny refunds to individuals who repeatedly join and leave courses to exploit the system or harvest digital materials.
