Academic honesty is mandatory. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonest conduct may result in suspension or termination of access.
Students should respect intellectual property, using course materials only for personal learning purposes.
c) Behavior & Interaction
Students must interact respectfully with educators, fellow students, and staff.
Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior in online sessions, forums, or communications is strictly prohibited.
Students are encouraged to report any misconduct or violations to Lin Academy support.
d) Technology Use
Students are responsible for maintaining a secure device and reliable internet connection to participate in online classes.
Lin Academy is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or access issues due to the student’s personal devices or connectivity.
e) Compliance with Policies
Students agree to abide by all Lin Academy policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Code of Conduct.
Non-compliance may result in restricted access, removal from courses, or other disciplinary action.
f) Communication & Updates

Consistency: Educators should conduct classes, assessments, and mentorship sessions as per agreed schedules and timelines.
Assessment & Feedback: Educators are expected to provide fair evaluations, constructive feedback, and guidance to foster student growth.
Use of Approved Tools: Classes and content delivery must primarily utilize Lin Academy’s recommended platforms and tools (e.g., Google Meet, Google Classroom) to ensure uniformity and security.
b) Professional Conduct
Respectful Environment: Educators shall maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all students.
Ethical Behavior: Educators must refrain from actions that could damage Lin Academy’s reputation, including harassment, favoritism, or discriminatory practices.
Confidentiality: Student records, personal information, and performance data must be kept confidential and used solely for academic purposes.
c) Content and Intellectual Property
Originality: All materials (notes, presentations, videos) provided must be original or properly credited.
License to Lin Academy: By uploading materials, educators grant Lin Academy a limited license to share content with enrolled students.
No Unauthorized Sharing: Educators shall not distribute Lin Academy’s materials or student information outside the platform.
d) Growth and Collaboration
Continuous Improvement: Educators are encouraged to incorporate feedback to improve teaching quality and student engagement.

e) Administrative and Financial Commitments
Transparency: Educators must follow Lin Academy’s pricing and payment policies. Direct solicitation of students outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
Revenue Model Compliance: Educators agree to the platform fee structure and revenue-sharing model as communicated by Lin Academy.
Accurate Information: Educators must provide correct credentials, qualifications, and course descriptions. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension or termination.
Enforcement: Failure to comply with these commitments may result in suspension of access, withholding of payments, or termination of association with Lin Academy.
Payment & Revenue Policies

Lin Academy provides a transparent and fair financial structure for students, educators, and the platform itself. By engaging with Lin Academy, all users agree to comply with the following payment and revenue policies:
a) Student Payments
All course fees must be paid through authorized payment channels provided by Lin Academy. Payments made outside these channels are not recognized and may result in denial of course access.
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Students gain access to course materials, recorded classes, and live sessions upon verification.
Students are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment details and for maintaining their Lin Academy login credentials.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by Lin Academy’s Refund Policy. Partial or full refunds are granted only under conditions explicitly described in the Refund Policy.
b) Educator Compensation
Educators receive payment based on the revenue-sharing model established by Lin Academy. The platform fee, if applicable, will be deducted automatically before disbursing earnings to educators.
Payments to educators are processed on a monthly basis or as per the agreed-upon schedule, subject to enrollment numbers and course activity.
Educators are expected to maintain accurate financial and banking information to ensure timely and correct payment.
Lin Academy reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of policy violations, breach of commitments, or disputes.
c) Platform Fee & Revenue Margin
Lin Academy charges a transparent platform fee from educators for providing professional tools, hosting, marketing, and management support.
Additionally, Lin Academy may retain a course fee margin on student payments as per the agreed revenue-sharing agreement.
All fee structures and percentages will be communicated clearly to educators before they begin teaching any course.
d) Compliance & Taxation
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable taxes and regulations related to payments, revenue, and income.
Lin Academy reserves the right to report financial transactions as required by law and cooperate with regulatory authorities when necessary.
e) Disputes & Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or revenue sharing should be reported immediately to Lin Academy support for resolution.
Lin Academy’s decision, after internal review, will be final and binding on both students and educators.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content, materials, and resources available on Lin Academy, whether uploaded by educators, created by Lin Academy, or shared through our platforms are the intellectual property of their respective owners. By using Lin Academy, users agree to respect and adhere to the following principles regarding content and intellectual property:

Educator Content: Any lectures, presentations, notes, assessments, or digital resources uploaded by educators remain the property of the educator.
Lin Academy Content: All platform features, website design, course management tools, and proprietary materials created by Lin Academy remain the exclusive property of Lin Academy.
Joint Contributions: In cases where content is created collaboratively or with significant support from Lin Academy, ownership and usage rights will be determined by prior agreement.
b) License and Usage
Educators grant Lin Academy a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute and display their course materials solely to enrolled students.
Students are granted personal, non-transferable access to course materials for educational purposes only. Sharing, copying, selling, or redistributing materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Users may use materials for personal study and learning, but any commercial exploitation, reproduction, or public distribution is forbidden.
c) Restrictions
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or replicate any Lin Academy tools or software.
Educators must not share student data, course access credentials, or proprietary Lin Academy content outside the platform.
